OK this is a quick post about chocolate (again) to brighten the day! Last week I shared my favourite chocolate recipe of all time – low fructose, sugar free and delicious. This is another way to enjoy it if you needed more convincing!
Make the chocolate as per my recipe (see this post) and then take a bowl of fresh strawberries that have been washed and gently dried. Carefully dip each strawberry in the chocolate mix and place on a try lined with baking paper. Refrigerate when all the strawberries have been dipped and once the chocolate is firm you can enjoy!
My children gobbled them up…. as did the adults in the house…..
This might be a good one to re-post for valentine’s day as a lovely dessert following a romantic meal for two!
