Fresh shrimp, or prawns as we call them in Australia, are a bit of a Christmas tradition as it is so hot at this time of the year.
I love garlic aioli but as it contains garlic it is high fodmap. I have made a quick and easy no-garlic aioli that can be thrown together in seconds!
1/2 cup quality whole-egg mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic-infused olive oil
1. Combine the mayonnaise and oil together and serve beside fresh prawns.
